Fokus b\u00f8r v\u00e6re p\u00e5 det, man konkret har lagt m\u00e6rke til.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eksempeludsagn:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cJeg har lagt m\u00e6rke til, at du virker mere stille for tiden.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cDet virker som om, der er meget, der fylder for dig lige nu.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cJeg vil gerne forst\u00e5, hvordan du har det, hvis du har lyst til at dele det.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Denne tilgang \u00e5bner for dialog uden at presse. Samtidig er det vigtigt at acceptere, at personen ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis \u00f8nsker at tale om det.
