Samtaler om sorg kan kr\u00e6ve tid og gentagelser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hvordan man kan justere forventninger uden at muligg\u00f8re uhensigtsm\u00e6ssig adf\u00e6rd<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I m\u00f8det med en for\u00e6lder i sorg kan det v\u00e6re relevant at justere forventninger. Derfor er det centralt at arbejde med proportionelle gr\u00e6nser, som beskytter ens trivsel uden at afbryde relationen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e6nser handler om at tydeligg\u00f8re, hvad man selv kan v\u00e6re i.
